The development

Vida Residences is the latest project to be launched by Emaar in Dubai. Situated in the heart of the Dubai Marina formally known as the Dubai yacht club, Vida residence will have amazing views overlooking the yachts and the marina skyline. Plans are for residential apartments. The apartments will come as 1,2,3 and 4 bedroom units.

Vida Hotels and Resorts is Emaar’s new hotel brand, launched in 2015. The Manzil Downtown and Vida Downtown hotels are located near the Burj Khalifa, while a Vida hotel and serviced residences are planned in Emaar’s new residential development, The Hills.
